Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and optimize commercial strategies to boost marketplace growth and profitability; * Manage pricing, reconciliation, and product management across major channels such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop, among others; * Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; * Identify and propose strategic partnerships with brands and suppliers; * Suggest, plan, and execute commercial actions based on the product ABC curve; * Monitor and analyze category, brand, and product performance, proposing continuous improvements; * Develop and strengthen brands and categories to maximize results and market share; * Support the E-commerce Manager in strategy definition, performing data analysis, planning, execution, monitoring, and performance reporting; * Perform other activities related to the role, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
