We seek a professional with experience in the segment, leadership skills, and a focus on quality and results. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the flexographic printing process, ensuring quality and productivity * Lead and guide operators and assistants * Monitor machine setup, cliché changes, and print adjustments * Control waste, production time, and operational efficiency * Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards * Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement * Ensure compliance with safety and workplace organization standards (5S) **Requirements:** * Proven experience in flexographic printing * Experience leading industrial teams * Knowledge of inks, substrates, and machine adjustments * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills * Flexible availability **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in related fields (graphic arts, production, industrial processes) * Knowledge of performance indicator management (KPIs) * Experience with various types of flexographic printing machines **We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary * Benefits (transportation allowance, meal voucher, food allowance, health insurance, gym pass, study grant assistance) * Opportunity for professional growth Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$7.619,05 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
