Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low-, medium-, and high-complexity electrical and mechanical systems, contributing to equipment performance and safety. Participation in improvement projects and implementation of new products **Mission:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low-, medium-, and high-complexity electrical and mechanical systems (low-, medium-, and high-voltage), as well as improvement projects, strictly adhering to procedures related to the Engineering, Safety and Environment, and Quality Assurance departments, thereby contributing to equipment achieving pre-established performance targets. **Experience:** Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or Mechanical Technician is desirable. **Education:** **Minimum:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. **Knowledge:** Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial Mechanics, MIG/TIG electric welding, Lathe operation. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance tasks; * Perform corrective maintenance on low-, medium-, and high-complexity electrical and mechanical systems, including requests related to safety and environmental compliance; * Develop and/or update preventive maintenance procedures; * Interpret and develop electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics; * Assemble electrical panels, pneumatic circuits, and hydraulic circuits; * Clean substations; accompany firefighters during fire extinguisher maintenance; complete checklists; collect measurement instrument data; operate supervisory systems; reset substations; transfer high-voltage lines; supervise service providers; * Analyze failures in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)-controlled automated systems; * Identify root causes of failures, document them, and eliminate them; * Prepare spare parts lists for machines and equipment; * Install equipment at pre-designated locations; * Practice 5S; * Assess requirements for acquiring parts and tools necessary to enhance job performance; * Strictly apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety and Environmental, and Ergonomics guidelines; * Participate in improvement projects and implementation of new products and equipment; * Understand operating principles by analyzing manuals to comprehend machine and equipment assemblies; * Disseminate technical knowledge by training/certifying mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians; * Report new improvement opportunities to the Maintenance Coordinator; * Perform duties in compliance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental protection standards and procedures; * Actively participate in company meetings, commitments, and trainings when requested; * Provide operational support to the work area and perform other tasks of similar nature and difficulty level, or as assigned by the immediate supervisor; * Perform duties in accordance with Maxinutri’s culture regarding Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure products are manufactured and controlled according to required quality standards; * Implement actions ensuring Food Safety, aligned with Maxinutri’s culture, applying established Food Defense and Food Fraud standards from the Quality department; * Perform duties in accordance with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, which establishes internal norms, guidelines, and rules.
