Job Summary: Operational delivery support for restaurants, handling operational matters, communicating with customers, and optimizing processes to ensure effective resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Provide operational support to restaurants via WhatsApp 2. Optimize processes and reduce delivery costs 3. Ensure clear communication among restaurants, customers, and operations **Position: Operational Delivery Support – Restaurants** **Location: Campina do Siqueira, Curitiba/PR** **Schedule: Rotating 5x2 shift from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM (weekdays off)** **Main Responsibilities** * Provide WhatsApp-based support to restaurants, handling delivery-related operational matters; * Block branches and products in the system when necessary; * Contact customers regarding delivery issues, such as: * Incomplete or incorrect address; * Missing items; * Rider arrival notification; * Order cancellations, among others; * Lead strategic initiatives focused on process optimization and delivery cost reduction; * Ensure clear, concise, and solution-oriented communication among restaurants, customers, and operations. **Requirements** * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Prior experience in customer service; * Experience in restaurant operations is considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** * Punctuality and commitment; * Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility; * Adaptability; * Flexibility for occasional schedule changes. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal Voucher: BRL 145.00; * Unimed Health Insurance (monthly fee \+ co-payment); * Dental Insurance (monthly fee); * Cashback Program; * Pharmacy network partnership; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass).
