Maintenance of oven and area cleanliness and organization **Position: Oven Assistant at Pizzeria** Avenida Munhoz da Rocha, 530 – Cabral, Curitiba, Paraná 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM, Sunday through Sunday, with **one weekly day off** and **one Sunday off per month** **Salary:** R$ 2\.200,00 to R$ 2\.500,00 We are seeking an **Oven Assistant** for our pizzeria to support the pizzaiolo in pizza preparation and oven operation, ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety at every stage. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing dough, sauces, and fillings. * Stock and organize the pizza oven. * Safely remove finished pizzas from the oven. * Assist in pizza assembly as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized oven and work area. **Requirements:** * Elementary school education * Experience in kitchen operations or oven handling (preferred) * Organization, agility, and attention to detail * Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
