**Responsibilities and Duties**
Termination calculations
Employee offboarding in SAP (verify pending items across departments, issue FGTS balance statements where applicable, submit unemployment insurance requests where applicable, report offboarding to e\-Social, update physical work cards for open contracts)
Close timekeeping records for offboarded employees
Schedule union homologation meetings
Organize offboarding files
Follow up with departments such as Health and Recruitment to collect required documents for calculations and homologation
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
**Desirable Requirements:**
Knowledge of basic offboarding regulations
Familiarity with labor relations routine processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Flexible working hours
