To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com. **Requirements for the Position:** * High school diploma or equivalent * **Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday** * NR-11 certification (Forklift Operator Training), formal training, or refresher course * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the role * Teamwork * Organization and effective communication **Preferred Qualifications:** **Responsibilities:** * Identify materials and supplies related to the production process; * Ensure labeling of all products resulting from the process; • Ensure organization and cleanliness of equipment and accessories; • Complete all documentation relevant to material handling, shipping, and receiving; * Participate in all inventory processes; * Support operators to ensure all supplies required for the production process are available; * Verify finished and returned process materials; * Ensure equipment used is fully operational and properly maintained; * Follow all procedures established by Logistics, Quality, and EHS; * When necessary, perform or assist with other activities carried out within the department; * Carry out tasks related to new projects, thereby achieving continuous improvement objectives; * Attend technical training sessions; * Collaborate with operators to ensure smooth and continuous operation of the production department through efficient movement of materials and supplies; * Adopt a preventive mindset and anticipate potential maintenance issues; * Be available to provide support or serve as additional labor across all positions (production, support, and assistant); * Support other operators in possible technical PDCA-related actions; * Promote safety culture by actively participating in safety observations, trainings, campaigns, etc. **What We Offer You** * Career development plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Cafeteria service * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Career development plan * Food basket * Citizen Company program * Total Pass **Salary negotiable** Must reside in the **Londrina/PR** region or be willing to relocate there. **Job Description** ------------------- \- Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand\- Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature\- Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials\- Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing\- Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations\- Responsibilities are within Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines**Qualifications** ------------------
