They will also complete exercises, simulations, assessments, and gain hands-on client service experience under the supervision of the Technical Management team. Additionally, they will participate in developing technical materials, informational bulletins, and online courses. Upon program completion, the trainee will transition to providing **preventive consulting via email and phone** and **producing technical content** for the Econet website. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled in the final semester of Accounting, Law, or Business Administration. Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn and grow, willingness to work onsite in Bacacheri, Curitiba, and affinity for academic study. **Benefits** During the probationary period: on-site meals at no cost, life insurance, and transportation allowance.
