Ethical conduct and appreciation of teamwork **Job Description:** ---------------------- The Senior Fleet Analyst will be responsible for managing the light vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicle availability, operational efficiency, and cost control. This is a more analytical position requiring data and performance indicator analysis to support decision-making and continuous process improvement. The role involves direct user support, maintenance management, fleet performance analysis, and identification of optimization opportunities. Key responsibilities include providing service and support to light fleet users (drivers and internal departments); controlling and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance; conducting quotations, negotiations, and service follow-up with suppliers; leading BID processes for fleet renewal, vehicle leasing, or acquisition; monitoring and analyzing fleet performance indicators (costs, availability, utilization, fuel consumption, etc.); tracking vehicle documentation, regularization, and compliance; and identifying cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities based on analysis.
