Job Summary: Professional to perform technical development and management of geotechnical projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and control across all stages. Key Highlights: 1. Multidisciplinary technical support and improvement analysis **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday from 09:00 to 17:30; Tuesday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Develop geotechnical projects while also managing the technical team involved, ensuring quality and timely delivery of project deliverables; Formulate and model geotechnical projects; Perform quality control on developed projects; Prepare reports and descriptive memoranda; Monitor contract schedules and targets; Participate in technical meetings with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders; Conduct site visits related to the project scope; Comply with and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, SMS actions, and necessary corrective and preventive actions to ensure smooth operations; Develop, update, and monitor area-specific and QMS indicators; Prepare reports and provide updates to stakeholders; Plan and manage resources required for project development and execution; Analyze potential deviations and disruptions during project development and implement course corrections and improvement suggestions; Provide technical support to multidisciplinary project teams, responding to inquiries regarding geotechnical project details **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Specialization in Geotechnics, Geology, Project Management, or another field related to this area **Benefits:** Dental insurance, Pharmacy card, Bluefit membership, Senff card membership, FM2S partnership, Open English partnership, OrienteMe partnership, Optical partnership, Cruzeiro do Sul University partnership, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
