PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Dentist – General Practitioner **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must indicate availability for the assigned schedule. The required qualifications must be verified by: a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional’s full name. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the competent authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the respective Regional Council, stating the active registration number, the professional’s full name, valid within its expiration date, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL DENTAL CARE. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, clearly establishing relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly related to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
