Perform compaction of subgrades, embankments, and base layers. Control compaction quality and uniformity. Adjust operations according to soil type and project requirements. Inspect equipment before and after use. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the machine. Support earthmoving and paving teams. Comply with the mining company's technical and safety standards. Properly use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE). Previous experience as a Tire Roller Operator, Compaction Roller Operator, Vibratory Roller Operator, or Asphalt Roller Operator may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
