Perform compaction of subgrades, base courses, and traffic areas. Control quality and uniformity of compaction. Adjust and operate the equipment according to terrain type. Conduct basic equipment inspection before and after use. Support preventive maintenance and machine cleaning. Collaborate with earthmoving and paving teams. Comply with mining technical and safety standards. Properly use mandatory PPE. High school diploma required.
