Forklift and pallet jack operation **Purpose and Impact of the Role:** * Responsible for performing tasks including: material handling using a forklift, organizing the production line in the batching and mixing assembly area, and identifying defects throughout the production process. The primary function is to execute departmental activities such as forklift material handling for manual batching, manual product batching (addition), raw material assembly, and product release in compliance with established procedures. May perform shipping-related activities, including loading or assisting with LOTOTO and chocking. Occasionally performs shipping and receiving tasks. Responsible for completing documentation in the production area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Raw material assembly; * Manual cutting and addition of materials into feed hoppers; * Handling of raw materials and finished products using a forklift; unloading of raw materials and cores using a forklift; * Performing loading activities in shipping, assisting with LOTOTO and chocking; * Performing cleaning and organization of internal and external equipment areas; * Performing other duties compatible with the company’s safety standards under the direction of the immediate supervisor; operating manual or electric pallet jacks, provided proper training for the role has been completed; * Performing tasks requiring high attention and handling, identifying defects in the production area, completing documentation, and verifying documents. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in the responsibilities outlined in this job posting or in an industrial environment; * Proficiency in reviewing manuals/reports. **Preferred Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Technical course in an industrial field; * Basic computer skills, especially Excel and Word; NOTE: PLEASE ATTACH AN UPDATED RESUME.
