Training and capacity building of employees on IT policies and access rights. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide IT support via Helpdesk; perform assembly and maintenance of computers, wired networks, telephony, Wi-Fi, CCTV, time clocks, printers, Windows operating systems (7, 8, 10, and Server), backup solutions, antivirus software, and software installation and configuration. Ensure the security of files stored on servers; request and grant individual and corporate access to systems and email for users; request quotations related to IT services and equipment; maintain and monitor IT-provided resources. Instruct, train, and capacitate new employees on IT department information, focusing on access rights and usage policies. Comply with governmental laws, company and Corporate IT policies and guidelines; demonstrate teamwork skills and respect departmental hierarchy. Instruct administrative, operations, driver, and collector staff on integration as required during role or procedural changes.
