Team and management support role **JOB: EXECUTIVE SECRETARY – DC Corporate Assessoria** Centro Cívico – Curitiba/PR \| Hybrid work model We are looking for an **Executive Secretary** who is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills to provide administrative and operational support to the office, contributing to financial routines, client service, and internal process organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issuing and verifying invoices; * Supporting accounts payable and receivable, and financial controls; * Preparing and updating spreadsheets and reports; * Organizing physical and digital documents; * Client service via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; * General administrative support to the team and management; * Supporting financing processes and documentary organization with banks and institutions (BNDES, BRDE, FINEP). **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education (completed or in progress); * Experience in administrative routines; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Basic knowledge of invoice issuance; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and aptitude for client service. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in administrative/financial offices; * Experience with financial controls and documentation; * Basic English proficiency; * Proactive, organized, and autonomous profile. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Hybrid model: In-office Monday to Thursday \| Remote Friday **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary: R$ 4\.000,00 (CLT) Transportation allowance Meal allowance Health insurance Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Payment: R$3\.800,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
