This professional will be responsible for mapping and structuring processes, complying with internal and external standards and procedures, as well as adhering to the general policies of Bourbon Hotéis \& Resorts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Map and structure processes, identifying all steps of an activity or workflow across various company departments to ensure compliance, standardization, and enhancement of organizational processes; * Conduct meetings with involved departments for reviews, information gathering, flowchart design, and documentation writing; * Analyze processes to improve efficiency and productivity, identifying opportunities to develop Standard Operating Procedures, Norms Manuals, Policies, Forms, and Process Diagrams; * Analyze risks and propose improvements to existing processes; * Provide ongoing support for evolutionary improvements, ensuring workflows align with the company’s strategic changes; * Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective measures to enhance service efficiency and quality; * Collaborate closely with various departments—including operations, customer service, finance, human resources, IT, etc.—to ensure effective process integration and smooth inter-team communication; * Monitor process performance metrics, such as execution time, costs, and quality; * Perform bottleneck, risk, and impact analyses on critical processes. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Engineering, Technology, or related fields. * Experience in process modeling (BPMN or similar); * Knowledge of workflow mapping and continuous improvement methodologies (Bizagi, PDCA, Six Sigma, Lean); * Experience with data analysis tools and report generation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and leadership ability in projects; * Strong communication skills and ability to articulate solutions across different departments; * Willingness to travel.
