Job Summary: Strategically and operationally manage people, ensuring HR policies, leadership development, organizational culture, and managerial support. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic partnership with leadership and decision-making Strategically and operationally manage the franchisee's people function, ensuring implementation and sustainability of HR policies, leadership development, strengthening of organizational culture, managerial support, and execution of people-related processes, including climate, performance, and results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage all Human Resources subsystems for the franchisee. * Lead strategic and operational recruitment and selection processes. * Develop and monitor leadership training and development programs. * Partner with leadership as a strategic business partner, supporting people-related decision-making. * Design and monitor HR metrics and organizational goals. * Manage organizational climate, engagement, and GPTW programs. * Lead culture, internal communication, and endomarketing initiatives. * Monitor performance evaluation, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and team development processes. * Manage job classification, compensation, benefits, and variable compensation programs (PLR). * Ensure labor compliance and alignment with current legislation. * Support organizational change processes and development of a high-performance culture. * Mediate and resolve conflicts. * Develop talent retention initiatives and enhance employee experience. * Manage HR vendors and partners. * Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations for senior leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Leadership, or related areas is considered a plus. * Solid experience in strategic HR management. * Experience in leadership development and organizational culture. * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR metrics. * Experience with organizational climate programs, performance evaluation, and variable compensation. * Analytical and strategic profile with strong influencing capability. * Willingness to work onsite.
