




Job Summary: A professional to administer and maintain the company's website, manage online sales, develop digital and physical marketing strategies, and support management with analyses and solutions. Creation of marketing and communication plans (in-person and e-commerce) **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain the company's website, including product updates, registration, images, and descriptions; * Perform order picking for sold goods, as well as issuing invoices, ensuring correct completion of the sales process; * Manage the WhatsApp application; * Develop and implement new strategic projects and partnerships aimed at boosting sales across physical and digital channels; * Create marketing and communication plans covering both in-person commerce and e\-commerce, and coordinate their execution jointly with other company departments; * Support management and various organizational departments by providing relevant information and proposing solutions to optimize marketing and sales processes; * Prepare and present detailed monthly reports analyzing results of implemented actions and suggesting continuous improvements. **Requirements:** * Familiarity with e\-commerce platforms and digital marketing is desirable; * A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields is desirable; * Prior experience in the field is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Adaptability; * Strong communication skills; * Creativity; * Organization; * Proactivity; * Teamwork. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
