Job Summary: A Maintenance Assistant provides support to the team, manages inventory, tires, and documentation, ensuring internal processes are well-organized and functioning smoothly. Coordination of service orders and documentation compliance We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to directly contribute to the organization and smooth operation of internal processes. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor administrative maintenance team activities and requests, providing on-site or remote support to suppliers, supervisors, executive management, drivers, and colleagues from other branches as needed. * Manage spare parts through structured inventory control, recording incoming and outgoing items in the system, and conducting component quotations in case of accidents to ensure efficient replenishment and continuous support for fleet operations. * Control tire management, including registration and allocation, monitoring internal and branch inventories, verifying and recording tire maps, receiving new and retreaded tires, and processing tire shop reimbursement entries. * Assist drivers with operational requests, ensuring prompt and effective field incident support; request reimbursements and process roadside assistance payments when necessary. * Issue purchase orders and generate and release invoices—including those for inter-branch transfers—to ensure documentation compliance. * Execute service order-related processes, including opening, returning, verifying, and forwarding orders to suppliers; manage pre-orders in the company's internal system to ensure operational demand control and traceability. * Perform checklist-related processes in the company's internal system, including tracking, modifications, and necessary guidance, as well as controlling preventive maintenance and scheduling appointments with dealerships where applicable. * Support solar panel management and battery control, issue technical reports (Despoluir, Preventive, and Tachograph), and record diesel and AdBlue consumption invoices in the CTA system to ensure environmental, energy, and operational compliance. * Analyze daily activity data and KPIs, attach documents, and respond to requests on internal company platforms.
