Maintain continuous contact with drivers **Job Summary:** The Logistics Assistant is the professional responsible for monitoring and directing the company’s logistics operations in real time, ensuring drivers follow planned routes, meet deadlines, and comply with operational and safety procedures. Acts as the communication link between the base and drivers. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor fleet movement in real time via tracking systems; * Guide drivers regarding routes, stops, and operational adjustments during their shifts; * Manage incidents occurring en route (delays, damages, accidents, route deviations, etc.); * Focus on productivity, route efficiency, and deadline compliance; * Maintain continuous contact with drivers; * Record events, prepare operational reports, and support decision-making; * Ensure drivers comply with company procedures and traffic legislation. **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior experience in monitoring/logistics/fleet management; * Strong communication skills, agility in problem-solving and decision-making; * Availability to work on rotating shifts; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.900,00 – R$2.900,00 per month Experience: * Logistics (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
