Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing the worksite * Load and unload construction materials * Help assemble and disassemble scaffolding * Clean and organize the construction site * Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor Requirements: * Prior experience as a general construction assistant * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary * Good physical condition and willingness to perform heavy labor
