




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Electrotechnical Technician for industrial electrical maintenance, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and safety at the William Arjona Power Plant. The **William Arjona Thermal Power Plant**, located in Campo Grande (MS) and owned by **Delta Energia Group**, is an important natural gas-fired generation unit with an installed capacity of approximately 190 MW—sufficient to supply up to half the city or about 600,000 households. Acquired by the group in 2019, it was modernized and reactivated in 2025 and contracted through federal auctions to supply electricity to the national grid over the long term, reinforcing national supply security and reliability. Additionally, it has been receiving investments and expansion projects, consolidating its strategic role in Brazil’s energy matrix—especially during periods of hydrological scarcity. We are looking for a **Senior** **Electrotechnical Technician** to perform industrial electrical maintenance at the power plant. This person will play a fundamental role in executing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities on medium-voltage systems, motors, and electrical equipment. They will also propose improvements to enhance process efficiency, reliability, and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on medium-voltage systems (up to 13.8 kV), electric motors, transformers, electrical panels, protection systems, rectifiers, and battery banks; * Program inverters, soft starters, and controllers; * Prepare maintenance instructions, reports, and schedules; * Interpret and modify electrical diagrams; * Interpret technical specifications for purchasing and replacing electrical instruments and equipment; * Diagnose and identify failures in processes and equipment; * Propose improvements to equipment, processes, and documentation in accordance with standards to increase plant reliability and safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Electrotechnics or Electromechanics * Active registration with CRT (Regional Council of Industrial Technicians) * Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance * Knowledge of medium-voltage systems * Valid certifications in: * NR\-10 (Basic and SEP – Electrical Power Systems) * NR\-35 (Work at Heights) **Additional Information** Company-subsidized health plan (no co-payment) Life insurance Meal allowance Transportation allowance / Shuttle service Gym partnership We are a 100% Brazilian business holding group with 24 years of history and a consolidated presence in the energy sector.
