Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Safely and efficiently operate the Bobcat (skid-steer loader) for material handling, loading, unloading, stacking, and bulk or bagged fertilizer replenishment; * Perform internal transportation of materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas, adhering to warehouse layout and defined material flow; * Feed machines, mixers, silos, or bagging lines according to the production process; * Ensure product integrity by preventing contamination, waste, spills, or improper mixing of fertilizers; * Strictly comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, paying special attention to chemical hazards, dust, flammability, and corrosiveness of products; * Correctly use mandatory PPE, including helmet, safety goggles, respirator mask, gloves, and safety boots; * Conduct daily inspections of the Bobcat prior to operation, checking brakes, tires/tracks, hydraulic system, oil and fuel levels, and overall equipment condition; * Immediately report any anomalies, mechanical failures, or unsafe conditions identified during operation to supervisors or maintenance staff; * Keep the workplace organized and clean, assisting in waste control and cleanup of spilled materials; * Support inventory activities, stock organization, and product segregation in accordance with internal procedures and legal requirements; * Follow warehouse operational instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs); * Collaborate with operational, logistics, and safety teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of traffic legislation; * Defensive driving; * Basic mechanics; * Familiarity with basic first aid procedures; * Proficiency in using technology; * Driver’s License Category B. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: R$638.00/month; * On-site meals; * Company-provided transportation; * Health Plan: Nossa Saúde; * Dental Plan: Bradesco; * Life Insurance; * Total Pass.
