If this profile matches you, join our team and drive your future with us! **Competencies:** * Vehicle operation; * Safe driving; * Defensive driving. **Employment Contract:** Probationary contract for 45 (forty-five) days, extendable by another 45 (forty-five) days, with potential for permanent hiring! **Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Operate motor vehicles including vans, minibuses, and buses — front/rear engine — in accordance with operational standards and regulations of the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB) and related legislation, safely and economically; * Ensure safe operation of the aforementioned motor vehicles at speeds appropriate for corresponding road conditions, guaranteeing passenger comfort and peace of mind; * Adhere strictly to predetermined schedules and routes; * Comply precisely with national traffic regulations, applying defensive driving techniques; * Serve customers and Cazaga users courteously and politely, ensuring their satisfaction and service quality; * Maintain appropriate personal conduct and demeanor when interacting with customers, users, colleagues, directors, representatives, third parties, suppliers, and any other individuals associated with Cazaga, safeguarding the company's corporate image; * Ensure the safety of passengers' luggage and belongings entrusted to the driver; * Complete time sheets, service logs, daily logbooks, and other required documentation; * Participate in training sessions and courses designated or organized by Cazaga. **Experience:** Prior experience operating vans, minibuses, and buses — front/rear engine — and/or other types of heavy motor vehicles is desirable. **Education or Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary and/or high school education. **Main Requirements:** * Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; * Valid driver’s license categories: D, AD, E, or AE; * Valid Collective Passenger Transport Course certification; * Valid School Transport Course certification; * Defensive Driving Course certification (desirable, if valid); * Residency in Serafina Corrêa (RS), or willingness to relocate there. **Base Salary:** To be negotiated. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Life insurance. **Selection Process Steps:** * Step 1: Application; * Step 2: Interview with Manager; * Step 3: Practical driving test — "Steering Wheel Test"; * Step 4: Candidate profile assessment; * Step 5: Candidate data verification; * Step 6: Job offer letter issued to candidate; * Step 7: Hiring!
