Ensure requirement traceability #### **About the position:** We are looking for a Requirements Analyst to act at the interface between business and technology, ensuring accurate translation of needs into structured, scalable, and company-strategy-aligned solutions. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. * Translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable specifications for the development team. * Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization. * Map and analyze processes (AS IS / TO BE), identifying improvement opportunities. * Validate deliverables with business areas, ensuring adherence to defined requirements. * Ensure requirement traceability throughout the development lifecycle. * Act as a facilitator in communication between technical and business stakeholders. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience in requirements analysis, business analysis, or related roles. * Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). * Experience with functional documentation and supporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar). #### **Desirable requirements (differentiators):** * Experience in the financial sector or with financial products. * Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and distributed systems. * Knowledge of process automation and data analysis (Python and SQL). * Familiarity with artificial intelligence applied to products or processes.
