This person will be responsible for strengthening the culture of quality, environment, health, and safety, as well as contributing to operational efficiency and business sustainability. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Manage and maintain the IMS in accordance with standards such as: + ISO 9001 (Quality) + ISO 14001 (Environment) + ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) + IATF 16949 (Automotive) * Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits (including IATF) * Ensure compliance with legal and other applicable requirements * Develop and review procedures, policies, and work instructions * Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for nonconformities * Monitor IMS performance indicators (KPIs) * Promote training and awareness regarding the IMS * Support operational areas in process standardization and improvement * Implement continuous improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Kaizen) * Manage risks and opportunities * Ensure integration among quality, environment, and safety **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields * Solid experience in Integrated Management Systems * Advanced knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001\) \& IATF 16949 * Experience with internal and external audits * Proficiency in quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, etc.) * Knowledge of environmental and occupational health and safety legislation * Advanced English * Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001\) \& IATF 16949 **Desirable Requirements** ------------------------- * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Quality Management, IMS, or related fields; * Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies. **Benefits** -------------- * Competitive Salary * Unimed Health Plan for employee and legal dependents, fully covered by the company * Dental Plan * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Private Pension Plan * Profit Sharing Program * Life Insurance * Chartered Transportation * Emercor * Employee Assistance Program (OPTUM) * On-site Parking Information at a Glance Danfoss engineers solutions that increase machine productivity, reduce emissions, lower energy consumption, and enable electrification.
