The **Machine Operator III** position is ideal for those seeking professional development in a collaborative environment, with a focus on people and processes. Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate heavy and extra-heavy tractors for soil preparation operations—including heavy grading, intermediate grading, leveling grading, subsoiling, and moldboard plowing—as well as furrow planting, covering, and automated planting; * Operate agricultural machinery for various purposes compatible with your qualification level, and other agricultural activities, including equipment fitted with agricultural implements—with or without application of inputs and agrochemicals—as directed by your immediate supervisor; * Perform authorized maintenance/operation actions on vehicles and equipment in compliance with the Area’s Work Instructions and the Operator-Maintainer Program guidelines; * Safeguard the company’s image and assets, comply with corporate programs and projects guidelines, policies, standards and procedures, work instructions, and act in accordance with the Cocal Essence Code of Ethics and Conduct, Principles, and Values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; Agricultural Technician qualification preferred; * Knowledge of Basic Mechanics, Economic Driving, Operational Procedures and Safety, Operator-Maintainer; * Driver’s License Category C; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Residence in Rio Brilhante/MS or willingness to relocate. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our way of being.
