About Us GTOP is comprised of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing the integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department’s sales targets by restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing the integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through proper storage on shelves, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; sector organization, cleaning, and sanitation; expiration date verification according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out); and adherence to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short Shelf Life), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as that of equipment and utensils, by following daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Rua Hermann Tribess, 1026 – Tribess, Blumenau – SC, 89057-300 **Working Hours:** 14:00–17:30 / 18:30–22:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Discount Program Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
