Job Summary: ERP Software Quality Analyst to test, evaluate, and identify defects, support the support team, and prepare reports. Key Highlights: 1. Test and evaluate the quality of ERP software applications 2. Identify and analyze system defects and inconsistencies 3. Support the Support team with technical training Test and evaluate the quality of ERP software applications; Identify and analyze system defects and inconsistencies; Support the Support team with technical training; Prepare reports with development area metrics Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, business hours Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or Systems Analysis Knowledge of business rules (Accounting, SPED, inventory, electronic invoices, and sales) Experience as a support specialist, developer, or tester Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
