Job Summary: The Management Analyst will organize the flow of managerial information and provide strategic support to Branch and Unit General Managers, with a focus on analysis and improvement of indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Organize and consolidate management indicators for the area 2. Monitor KPIs and propose improvement actions 3. Develop and maintain management dashboards (dashboards) We are seeking a Management Analyst to organize the flow of managerial information and provide support and advisory services to Branch General Managers and Unit General Managers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Generate and consolidate management indicators for the area; * Monitor KPIs and analyze their fluctuations, identifying trends and deviations; * Propose corrective and improvement actions based on analyses performed; * Develop and maintain management dashboards (dashboards) for tracking results; * Ensure the quality and reliability of managerial information; * Prepare and conduct strategic meetings for the area; * Prepare presentations with analyses and recommendations; * Support management in defining goals and action plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Systems Analysis, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of BI tools; * Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; * Strong analytical skills and critical data interpretation ability; **Additional Information** Food basket; Gas allowance; Meal allowance; On-site meals; Health insurance (Unimed, 50% employer-paid); PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and salary plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); Birthday day off; Love package (maternity kit). **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
