Job Summary: Perform analysis, planning, and scheduling activities for maintenance, contributing to efficient management of machinery and equipment, as well as compliance with policies and standards. Monitor performance and prepare maintenance KPI reports Perform certain analytical, planning, and scheduling activities for maintenance of machinery and equipment used in the company's operational processes, supporting monitoring of material and supply inputs; providing preliminary technical information from records, charts, and maintenance control reports, thereby contributing to efficient management compliant with established preventive and corrective maintenance policies, standards, and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** Contribute to developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans for machinery, equipment, and facilities at the company's operational plant; collaborate with operational teams to understand requirements for replacements, repairs, and maintenance shutdowns, observing and adhering to the defined schedule for shutdowns and part replacements to ensure optimal operation and functionality of machinery, equipment, and facilities; Prepare detailed schedules for maintenance activities per guidance from immediate supervision, aiming to optimize resource utilization and minimize operational impacts; Conduct specific analyses of resource requirements for preventive and corrective maintenance processes per guidance from immediate supervision, including labor and tools, supporting adequate availability for scheduled tasks; Monitor maintenance activity performance, preparing charts and reports on completed maintenance work, reporting findings to immediate supervision based on data and records from Service Orders (SOs); prepare maintenance department KPI reports per guidance from immediate supervision for evaluating potential corrective actions and/or routine adjustments, aiming to improve performance and reduce time- and cost-related expenses; Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure effective communication aligned with objectives defined by hierarchical supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, specializing in Production, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields relevant to these responsibilities. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies; basic proficiency in planning and control tools/software. Strong organizational sense; analytical ability to identify problems; good communication and teamwork skills; critical and detailed analytical mindset; capability to handle diverse tasks and prioritize key issues.
