If you are an employee and interested in this opportunity: * \> Pay attention to the job requirements; * \> Inform your manager of your intention to participate in the process: During your registration, in the "Additional Information" tab, under the question "Was anyone who works at this company referred you for this position?" select "yes" and provide your manager's full name and corporate email; * \> Remember to identify yourself as an employee at the time of registration. **Internal application period:** until **09/23/2025** Responsible HR Analyst: Mateus Santos **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans, defining schedules and goals; * Plan scheduled shutdowns, minimizing impacts on production; * Manage service orders and monitor execution, ensuring deadlines and quality; * Monitor performance indicators (availability, downtime, costs, efficiency); * Control maintenance budget, optimizing resources and reducing costs; * Conduct failure analysis and propose continuous improvements in maintenance processes; * Control and monitor purchases of parts, materials, and supplier contracts; * Integrate maintenance plans with production schedules and other areas (procurement, tax, SESMT, etc.); * Support the maintenance team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. **Requirements and qualifications** Mandatory: * Minimum of 5 months in current role (for internal applications from Piracanjuba employees); * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in PCM area; * Knowledge in Maintenance Management, Planning and Scheduling; * Experience in failure analysis and continuous improvement processes; * Experience with maintenance management systems (e.g.: SAP, SIGGA). **Additional information** **What we offer?** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals (Factory); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Christmas card; * Payroll-deducted loan; * Study grant; * Discounts on psychological consultations; * PLR - Profit and Results Sharing.
