Welcome and assist members and non-members, directing them to the channel that offers the best service experience, whether physical or digital; * Assist members with their "digital inclusion." Act as an agent of change, providing guidance on how to best use available digital services; * Identify new business opportunities among members and refer them to Business Managers; * Onboard new members by explaining about Sicredi; * Perform cash handling operations such as receipts, payments, various inquiries, opening, closing, and managing cash at the cashier terminal.
