Ensure sanitary safety and sector maintenance. Responsibilities * Perform standardized cleaning, cutting, shaping, and food pre-preparation according to weekly occupancy forecasts and event work orders; * Cook in liquids, prepare simple dishes, fry, assemble, and grill foods; * Collaborate in implementing fixed menus, event menus, and daily specials as directed; * Produce items according to product technical specifications; * Assist in buffet and event setup, performing duties as food restocker and food steward; * Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas, equipment, and utensils; * Collaborate in inventorying utensils and equipment under one’s responsibility; * Remain available to perform other tasks within the kitchen department; * Comply with institutional rules and procedures.
