Description
Job Summary:
The professional will manage registrations, verify loading orders, receive visitors, control vehicle entries and exits, and operate security equipment.

2. Customer reception and freight vehicle control
3. Operation of security equipment
* Register transportation companies, drivers, and vehicles;
* Verify registered data;
* Check and prepare loading orders;
* Receive customers, suppliers, and other visitors;
* Occasionally answer telephone calls;
* Control entries and exits of freight vehicles, requesting the corresponding invoice and recording information regarding transported volume, transportation company, and material receipt/departure time;
* Monitor and operate security equipment (cameras/alarms).
Requirements:
* Completed high school education;
* Administrative work experience;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

**Working Hours:**
* 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a 12x36 shift schedule (with a 1-hour break).
