Job Summary: A General Services Operational Assistant performs cleaning, maintenance, and organization of toll plazas, yards, tunnels, and external areas, ensuring safe and hygienic environments while complying with safety regulations. The General Services Operational Assistant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and organizing toll plazas, yards, tunnels, and external areas of the company, appropriately using cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring safe and hygienic environments, monitoring chemical product expiration dates, and strictly adhering to established safety regulations and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily cleaning of toll lanes using brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows, high-pressure washers, blowers, and other necessary tools to ensure workplace cleanliness; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing tasks, ensuring work safety in accordance with the company’s safety standards, on a daily basis; * Perform daily cleaning of the internal yard using brooms for site hygiene and applying cleaning products to remove accumulated residues; * Maintain cleaning equipment properly, ensuring correct usage and maintenance, checking equipment condition, and requesting replacements when necessary; * Clean external surfaces of toll booths, islands, guardrails, traffic signs, and delineator cones throughout the entire toll plaza area; * Clean the external parking lot by removing weeds, debris, and keeping the area clean and organized; * Clean tunnels; * Periodically monitor the expiration dates of chemical products and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring compliance with safety regulations; * Strictly follow SDS instructions to ensure safe and appropriate handling of chemical products, in compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION** * Completed elementary education. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** * Prior experience in this role; **Additional Information** Competitive market-based salary; Meal allowance; Health insurance plan extendable to dependents; Dental insurance plan extendable to dependents; Life insurance; Childcare assistance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Private pension plan; Birthday day-off; Gym allowance; Partnership agreements with secondary (EJA), undergraduate, and postgraduate educational institutions; Language school partnership (English); Sports incentive program; Pharmacy partnership; Psychological support services; Employee referral program.
