**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure production process continuity and proper equipment functionality, as well as conduct quality control of products in process. Execute field operations and operation/production checklists.
* Carry out daily activities in compliance with environmental and occupational safety standards and procedures;
* Fulfill work schedule, shift rotation, working hours, benefits, and training requirements according to applicable standards and procedures;
* Execute and comply with all operational procedures related to assigned tasks;
* Report during shift handovers, identifying issues occurred and pending or ongoing actions;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering;
* 5S training;
* Experience in operation/maintenance of hammer mills.
