This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and teaching youth or adults in the following curriculum components: Portuguese Language, Writing, Interpersonal Relationships, Motivation, Leadership, People Management, Administration, and/or Finance. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, under penalty of document rejection.
