Description

Job Summary: Assist in organizing and controlling warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage and movement of materials, as well as providing customer service and assisting in product receipt. Assisting in the receipt and inspection of raw materials * Assist in organizing the storage of materials and products within the Warehouse Area, identifying and placing them appropriately to ensure rational and orderly inventory management, while also safeguarding stored items by providing and/or requesting necessary conditions to prevent deterioration and loss; * Provide service to internal requesters by picking and delivering items, updating the computerized system accordingly, and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels; * Assist in the receipt process of raw materials, non-productive materials, and packaging, performing inspections and entering corresponding records into the computerized system, notifying involved departments when approvals are required; * Conduct periodic checks of stored inventory volumes, reviewing records and other relevant data to obtain accurate information regarding actual quantities and types of stored materials; * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Knowledge: Material storage and computer literacy. * Skills: Planning, report writing, and internal/external communication. * Prerequisites: Completed high school education; Minimum 6 (six) months of experience in warehouse operations.
