We have an opportunity for a Project Specialist to develop, monitor, and validate the technical aspects of industrial projects, serving as an interface among departments, managing schedules, performing feasibility analyses, and providing technical support during execution—contributing to operational efficiency and achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and monitor multidisciplinary industrial projects; * Conduct technical analyses of layouts, flowcharts, and processes; * Monitor on-site project execution to ensure technical compliance; * Prepare technical reports, performance indicators, and executive presentations; * Manage project schedules, scope, and progress; * Serve as technical interface among departments involved in projects; * Provide technical support to operational teams and designers; * Participate in technical decision-making and requirements gathering; * Request and analyze budgets to define scope; * Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement; * Ensure updating and standardization of departmental methodologies; * Monitor project performance indicators; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this role or related areas; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, project management, scheduling, and electromechanical projects; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred; * Advanced English proficiency is considered a plus.
