If your purpose aligns with **\#OurWay**, buckle up and join this journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Daily revenue tracking, * Follow-up and collection of consultant returns, * Monitoring open budgets, * Reporting status of pending merchandise deliveries, * Training the sales team (internal processes), * Customer service (entering budgets and generating sales orders), * Monthly customer visit schedule, * Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable entries, * Bank reconciliation, bank statements, cash composition, and cash cover sheet, * Credit card settlement and reconciliation, * Submitting a support ticket to register a new supplier, * Sending e\-mails to Customer Service and Collections (Portador X05 X03\), * Submitting a support ticket for fiscal entries \| transmission adjustments \| invoice issuance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience providing services and customer service (to internal and external customers); * Experience with Protheus system is considered an advantage; Temporary position to cover maternity leave (6 months). * **Additional information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal voucher; * Flexible benefit; * Life insurance; * Totalpass; * Birthday Day Off; * 6-month maternity allowance and 20-day paternity allowance (Citizen Company Program); * Growth opportunities aligned with your delivery pace. **We are the national benchmark** for heavy and agricultural machinery parts, with over 30 years of history.
