Job Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with cooperative members, managing products and services, and providing financial consulting to enhance profitability and loyalty. Key Highlights: 1. Development and implementation of relationship strategies with cooperative members. 2. Management of product and service portfolio, and support to business teams. 3. Provision of financial consulting focused on the cooperative member's needs. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with cooperative members, including management of the product and service portfolio, support to business teams and branch processes, covering individual segment (PF) cooperative members through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial consulting focused on the cooperative member's needs and the cooperative's results, aiming at profitability and portfolio expansion, promoting service quality, efficiency and standardization, achievement of established goals, and offering solutions in products and services aligned with cooperative members' expectations and loyalty within the incumbent's area of responsibility.
