Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Perform low-complexity services activities under high levels of supervision and guidance, either on-site or remotely; * Implement and maintain software at client sites under high levels of guidance and supervision, following TOTVS Implementation Methodology and department-established processes; * Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and results, completing assigned tasks according to departmental processes and procedures; * Carry out essential activities—including configuration, simulation, and functional testing (low complexity)—to ensure correct software implementation; * Monitor testing, identify product defects, and produce documentation related to the project execution phase to support scope delivery, adhering to TOTVS Implementation Methodology; * Identify low- and medium-complexity issues and distinguish between product and process errors. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in services area. * Data analysis and reporting skills. * Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement. * Proficiency in management tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
