So, if you identify with our way of being and want to help build this story, we invite you to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Activities: ** * Implement physical infrastructure projects (structured cabling, electrical systems, CCTV, access control, etc.) and logical infrastructure projects (networking, servers, cloud), aligned with the company’s technology strategy. * Ensure scope, timeline, cost, and quality in infrastructure projects, with focus on corporate environments and operational units (e.g., stores, offices, distribution centers). * Provide second-level support for incidents and problems related to network infrastructure, servers, cabling, and connectivity. * Document and update the knowledge base with procedures, diagrams, and technical standards in synergy with the Monitoring team. * Provide technical support to Corporate Areas: IT, Sustainment, Monitoring, Digital, and Projects. Develop KPIs, status reports, and infrastructure and technical support activity schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Computer networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), TCP/IP protocols, switching, VLAN, routing. * Structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, access control, electrical systems, and basic knowledge of building infrastructure. * Experience with Data Center environments (racks, patch panels, physical and logical organization). * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. * Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, M365). * Retail process knowledge and integration with management systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is desirable. * Intermediate English and Spanish (desirable for technical reading and communication with vendors). **Additional Information** At Swift, we offer several benefits you can enjoy as soon as you begin your journey with us!
