The main challenges as ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I \- DATA EXTRACTION AND PREPARATION BRASÍLIA AT IBMEC are: * Act as the primary agent implementing our educational institutions’ pedagogical proposal, facilitating the learning process and delivering the full course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—while continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately use available teaching materials and encourage students to consult bibliographic resources for the course—including books and periodicals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as fulfill requests from your respective course coordinator; * Record, via electronic gradebook, student attendance, class content, academic activity results, and other information related to curriculum components, within the timeframe defined in the academic calendar; * Contribute to preparatory actions for the ENADE exam; * Guide students in their final course projects; * Use active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model to deliver classes. 2512290202491889282
