The professional will be responsible for ground-level and elevated assembly activities, using appropriate tools and equipment, while contributing to workplace organization, safety, and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Assemble metal structures such as roofing sheets, louvers, steel deck, various structural components, and solar panels (excluding electrical components); * Perform adjustments, fastening, bolting, and, when required by the project or rework, welding; * Interpret mechanical technical drawings to ensure correct assembly and installation of structures; * Prepare, cut, drill, bend, align, level, and install metal components according to specifications; * Support the supervisor in installing lifelines and organizing field activities; * Operate aerial work platforms, Hyster forklifts, and similar equipment, when qualified and trained; * Perform basic productive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and tools; * Maintain workplace cleanliness, organization, and signage; * Strictly comply with safety regulations, using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). **Requirements** * Availability to work at heights and on-site. * Availability for travel. **Benefits** * Basic Food Basket or Meal Card (according to employee preference) * On-site meals * Dental Plan * Health Plan * Life Insurance * Salary Advance: 35% paid on the 20th of each month * Field Work Allowance (when external work is required) * Transportation Voucher Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.043,66 – R$3.288,74 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
