Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing products and materials, managing inventory and organizing the warehouse to optimize movement.

Receive, inspect, and store products and materials in warehouses, storage facilities, silos, and depots. Record incoming and outgoing movements and control inventory levels. Distribute products and materials for dispatch. Organize the warehouse to facilitate movement and storage of items.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Receive, inspect, and store products and materials in warehouses, storage facilities, silos, and depots.
* Record incoming and outgoing movements and control inventory levels.
* Carry out material and product dispatch, inspecting them, arranging their shipment, and supporting the logistics process.
* Physically organize materials in the warehouse, ensuring clear identification and easy access;
* Control inventory of various items (tools, PPE, spare parts, supplies, office materials);
* Fulfill internal material requests, accurately recording withdrawals;
* Complete spreadsheets or enter movements into inventory control systems;
* Conduct periodic inventories and support verification of discrepancies;
* Ensure preservation of the environment and stored products;
* Support inspection of returns and material exchanges;
* Maintain effective communication with agricultural, mechanical, and administrative departments.
* Comply with all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), reporting any safety issues or risks related to assigned tasks.
* Adhere to guidelines and schedules established for each harvest season, ensuring tasks are completed within stipulated deadlines.
* Actively participate in the Internal Rural Accident Prevention Week (SIPATR), in compliance with regulatory standards applicable to the agricultural sector.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to departmental activities.
* Perform other duties related to the position as requested by supervisors.
