We are seeking a professional to promote workers' health and physical integrity by preventing occupational accidents and diseases through risk identification, assessment, and control, while ensuring compliance with labor legislation, regulatory standards, and internal Occupational Safety and Health policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
* Inspect workplaces, facilities, and equipment to identify unsafe conditions.
* Develop, implement, and monitor Occupational Safety and Health programs (e.g., PGR, LTCAT, AET, among others).
* Investigate and analyze accidents and incidents, **proposing** preventive and corrective measures.
* Conduct safety training sessions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), safety inductions, and educational campaigns.
* Monitor and enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE).
* Prepare technical reports, accident statistics, and performance indicators.
* Support expert assessments, audits, legal inspections, and official inspections.
* Support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and participate in the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Week (SIPAT) and other prevention initiatives.
* Issue the Communication of Work Accident (CAT) when required.
* Update mandatory Occupational Safety and Health legal documentation and records.
* Advise managers and employees on safe work practices.
* Monitor third-party companies’ compliance with safety regulations.
* Support ergonomics, occupational health, and psychosocial risk prevention initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety and Health
* Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) (valid)
**Technical Knowledge**
* Regulatory Standards (NRs)
* Accident investigation
* Risk management (PGR/GRO)
* PPEs/CPEs
* Labor / Social Security / RDC / Sanitary Surveillance legislation
* Computer skills (Microsoft Office / Occupational Safety and Health systems – SOC and LG)
