Opportunity for growth and performance-based earnings **Commercial Assistant (Digital Focus)** **IRH Consulting hires** for its client in the party equipment rental and decoration sector **Location:** Maravista\-Niterói Employment Type: CLT \| Permanent Responsibilities: * Provide customer service via WhatsApp and other digital channels with friendliness, energy, and a focus on sales conversion. * Maintain a routine of prompt, courteous, and personalized responses, ensuring no customer remains unanswered for extended periods. * Organize and track daily conversations, starting and ending each workday with no pending inquiries. * Resume contact with customers the following day, continuing ongoing interactions without losing history or relevant information. * Present the rental company's products and services attractively, conveying confidence and emphasizing the company's competitive advantages. * Negotiate terms, pricing, and deadlines with customers to close sales within company policies. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with performance tracking. * Keep CRM, spreadsheets, or control systems updated with customer information and service status. * Support the team in planning sales campaigns and customer service strategies to increase conversion. * Continuously seek service improvements by proposing ideas and feedback to optimize processes. Requirements: * Experience in customer service via WhatsApp or other digital channels. * Experience in proactive sales or customer service focused on conversion. * Ability to organize customer interactions and maintain updated records (CRM, spreadsheets, or control systems). * Experience in negotiation and contract closing. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in proactive sales and digital customer service (WhatsApp, social media, or CRM). * Skill in handling event/festival clients, understanding urgency and attention to detail. * Commercial profile with high energy and resilience for negotiation and contract closing. * Interest in growing with the company, valuing performance-based compensation. * Experience in events, parties, rentals, or decoration is considered a plus **Education: High School Diploma** **Working Hours:** 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00, Saturdays 09:00–13:00 **Salary:** R$1\.800,00 Transportation allowance / Meal allowance R$ 380 / Metrics-based bonus Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
